FAQs
1. Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide you with a superbill—a detailed receipt of your care—that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
How to Submit a Superbill to Your Insurance:
Verify Coverage: Contact your insurance provider to confirm if they accept claims for out-of-network chiropractic care.
Obtain Superbill: After your visit, we will provide a superbill that includes all necessary information, such as procedure codes, diagnosis codes, and payment details.
Submit Claim: Send the superbill to your insurance company via their online portal or by mailing it to their claims department.
Follow Up: Check with your insurance provider to monitor the status of your reimbursement.
Note: Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies based on your policy.
2. Can I Use My FSA or HSA Account to Pay for Chiropractic Care?
Yes! You can use your FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) to pay for chiropractic care at Holistic Adjustments.
What Are FSA and HSA Accounts?
An FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and an HSA (Health Savings Account) are special tax-advantaged accounts that you can use to pay for qualified medical expenses, including chiropractic care in California.
FSA (Flexible Spending Account):
Typically offered through your employer.
Funds must be used within the calendar year or you risk losing them (some accounts allow a grace period or rollover).
HSA (Health Savings Account):
Available if you have a high-deductible health insurance plan.
Funds roll over year to year, so you don’t lose them.
You can continue to use these funds even if you change jobs or insurance plans.
How Can I Use My FSA or HSA at Holistic Adjustments?
We accept FSA/HSA debit cards just like regular credit cards. You can:
Input your FSA/HSA card number when booking your visit online.
Pay out-of-pocket and request a superbill to submit for reimbursement through your FSA/HSA provider.
If you’re unsure whether a specific expense is covered, check with your FSA/HSA provider.
What Happens to My FSA/HSA Money at the End of the Year?
FSA funds usually need to be spent by the end of the year, or you risk losing the money. Some plans may offer a small rollover amount or grace period.
HSA funds roll over every year, so you don’t have to worry about losing them.

Improve mobility and flexibility for better overall movement and posture.
Boost energy levels and vitality by helping the body function more efficiently.
Promote healing by supporting the body’s natural ability to repair and recover.
